Although I have been lucky enough to live in a lot of beautiful places in the United States, Carson City has been my home for 22 years.

In my early years, I held jobs as a respiratory therapist and worked as a paramedic. I attended a two-year program at Truckee Meadows Community College and became a licensed Massage Therapist. I am passionate about helping people heal their bodies and maintain their health!
